I was properly greeted by Heather and Paul as I entered their shop. Heather went above and beyond because she explained how to properly use my new Procolor and she explained how to change the settings. But I can't leave Paul out he explained to me when to change the coils, batteries and he let me sample several different kinds of juices... Overall Experience Excellent Will Continue To Shop There...
My girlfriend and I were in Mobile for a conference and needed vape juice and found this place on Google. The 5 star rating was spot on!!!! The people working were friendly and informative and being able to sample before buying was awesome!!! Thank you Deep South Vape!!!!!
I have never vaped before and had no idea what I was doing but Heather was very patient with me and walked me through every step of the way. The service there was second to none in a world where responsive customer care has all but disappeared. Will definitely be going back for all my vaping needs.
I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I am new to vaping and I am trying to quit smoking. The young lady that helped me was super patient and very thorough with instructions. She assured me that if I need any help just to call or stop by.
