Like many, we started our vaping experience purchasing supplies on the internet. But there was so much out there, and so we made a lot of costly mistakes like trying to figure out what to purchase and where to purchase it. And, because there is a whole new language of vape hardware terms to learn, we did not always make the right choices- this became costly and frustrating. After doing some more research on the internet, we discovered our first real brick and mortar vape shop and then, with the proper set-up and instruction, we were finally able to give up cigarettes completely- because at a store, we were able to ask questions, and have someone explain everything to us.

We are committed to helping our online customers as well. If you do not understand how to use our products- or any other products that you have purchased elsewhere- please email us! We would be happy to arrange a meeting via Skype or phone to help you better understand what you purchased, and to give you tips and tricks so that your journey into the vaping experience is both pleasurable and successful.

When we opened our doors in July 2013, there were no other brick and mortar vape shops in Niagara, and we were really excited in becoming the first in our area to provide this service. The idea to open a brick and mortar shop came from the continued support of other members in the vaping community who understand the need for customers to be able to come into a shop to learn how to use the product successfully. Our first steps involved working with our lawyers and other owners to ensure that our product would not violate any of the current Health Canada laws. Then we found the perfect location, and Voila! Kick Ash Vapes was born. We are currently working on our Next Kick Ash Vapes location in Hamilton- it’s taking a bit longer than we expected, but are pleased to finally announce that the permits are in and are going as fast as we can to get it opened for you asap.
