As part of complying with the regulations put forward by the FDA and enacted on 8/8/16, we need to do a quick ID check before completing and shipping your order. While we will continue to fight the good fight to have the rules changed, we want to be around after the dust settles and don't want to be fined out of existence by the powers that be. We have figured three easy and non intrusive ways to do this (because we too know it's a pain). 1. You will be requested to send an email with a photo of your ID and a quick selfie from the team member handling your order. All @ecigofdenver.com emails are managed by eCig of Denver and not distributed to team members mobile devices. 

2. You will be requested to send a text with a photo of your ID and a quick selfie. To an eCig of Denver owned cell phone. 3. We can do a quick Teamviewer session to your PC where we will view a copy of your ID and a copy of a recent photo of you. 

In any of the above cases, after we view and check your ID, we will simply update your details in our database and you won't be asked for ID again. We will then delete the photos you sent us. 

For each of the above options, if it makes you more comfortable, please black out the ID number on your ID.
