Founded in Jacksonville, Florida, in 2009, Blackhat Electronic Cigarettes started as an online retailer, trying to bring customers the best quality electronic cigarette products in the world, at the lowest prices possible. We offer our products at some of the most competitive prices in the industry and back them with unparalleled warranties. We have striven, from the beginning, to push the limits of what we believe a retailer should be, by constantly finding the best quality products, working with the manufacturers to make them better, and still offering them to you at a very low cost.

In November of 2012 we opened our first brick and mortar Jacksonville Vape Shop, and have proudly been serving the local community with excellent products, services, and training. Our first and foremost goal is to make sure that you are well informed and knowledgeable about what you are getting.

Blackhat Electronic Cigarettes, like any other company out there, may be in business to make money, but unlike many other companies, we don't want to make that money by overcharging, price-hiking, slandering competitors, or providing mis-information. We want to supply you with the best information available, to make an informed decision on what you will need to quit smoking, or continue vaping. Our employees do not make commissions, and we do not give bonuses or incentives on product sold. What this means to you is, we will not try to up-sell you. We will not try to "convince" you our product is superior. We will give you all the information we have, and gladly have you check out our competitors to see what they offer, so you can know exactly what you are getting when you purchase any Blackhat product. 

At Blackhat Electronic Cigarettes, we are concerned about much more than just selling e-cigs. Our staff is made up of a group of very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly vapers, and any of us are happy to help answer any questions and solve issues with your e cigarette, whether its a Blackhat product or not. We may not carry parts for non-standard electronic cigarettes, but if you are having a problem with your e-cig, bring it in and we will do our best to troubleshoot and fix the problems, to help get you back up and vaping.
