    Came in to buy a new torch as my trusty old torch of 7 years decided to die on me. Matt E. Was quick and eager to help me get set up with a new blazer torch in purple! Best color and it glows on the dark! Helped me look at a really cool ZONG nectar collector and swapped out the tip for a ceramic one. Best customer service threw in a reusable bag. Plus they sell the XL cans of butane! My whole trip from start to finish was pleasant. Really nice folks and very knowledgeable. Recommend coming here if you need a piece or any smoking supplies. 🤙

    **UPDATE** shortly after posting this review I received shipping confirmation on my back ordered item as well as an additional follow up email from Dylan letting me know my item was being drop-shipped from their store order to get to me faster. WOW! Now that I have my piece (well packaged, gorgeous, triple ratchet for the smoothest hits) I am so happy with the entire experience. I cannot recommend them enough!710 pipes has outstanding customer service! I placed an online order over the holiday weekend and within an hour of placing my order one of their employees, Dylan, reached out to let me know that there was an error on the site and the piece I ordered was not in stock. She left a detailed message and we were able to transition to email and found a solution that works. She was kind and gracious with her time and my questions. I never felt pressured to make a decision one way or another, I truly felt that she was trying to help me and not just make a sale. She provided a wide range of possible solutions from alternative pieces, to waiting on the back order, or a full refund. She took care to note that I was shopping the sale and made sure the alternatives were within the same style as well as price range and was also able to offer a discount when I considered upgraded pieces. As a customer I was well taken care of and it was a very positive experience. Highly recommend this company and shout out to Dylan for making the experience smooth and easy!

    Absolutely amazing experience! I bought a bunch of MouthPeace filters and they gave me a discount for buying in bulk which is very nice. Such a great atmosphere and amazing team of people that are very welcoming and definitely go above and beyond. I was looking for a new water pipe that has glycerin on the inside so that you can freeze it for a seamlessly cool smoking experience. They told me they have them, but they sold the last one and didn’t have any more. A few guys from the back heard me inquiring about this and they popped their heads out to let me know they just got more in, and they just need a second to go through and open the boxes to get them out. All the pipes were 50% off and I got such a great deal! Shoutout to everyone that went above and beyond and helped me that evening. Tarrah, Thomas, Levi and Russ! Amazing peoples, honest service and quality products!!! I drive 40 minutes just to get here and it’s 100% worth the drive. Thank you again to 710 Pipes, I will be back!

    My wife and I stop in nearly every time we’re in Denver. It usually ends up a couple hundred and higher. We work with Matt E. I’d suggest asking for him. Although when he’s not in, the other “pipe ect masters” have done a great job. The sandman pipes are our newest addiction. I tell Matt he’s always upselling us!     Brian was the most knowledgeable person I've ever talked with in a head shop. Had good quality answers, reasoning, and explanations for everything he said and reccomended. I called 10 others shops the morning I came in and he was the only one to answer in a friendly professional manner. This place is top tier. Very fairly priced head shop that's doing an amazing job. Give Brian a raise.

    Went into 710 Pipes after being suggested by Lightshade on Federal Blvd, had to get a new dab rig glass after breaking it trying to clean it in the AM. Matt was extremely friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable about what I needed.     Spent over $660 here, was told if there’s any issues within the first 30 days to come back and they’ll make it right. Come back 5 days later with a small issue with one of the items I bought, assuming it’d be a quick replacement but the manager tells me they can’t do anything (with the employee who sold me everything standing there and straight up admitted to saying we could come back within the first 30 days…!?) and that most likely the manufacturer won’t help either…DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! THIS PLACE HAS NO IDEA HOW TO DO BUSINESS NOR DO THEY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS THEY SELL TO!!!!!

    Stopped in quickly tonight &’ was greeted amazingly by Thomas &’ Matt and they helped me pick out some disposables . Thomas gave me the run down on some of the new options they had available and what flavors were doing well. Picked out a total of 3 with ease and had another amazing experience. This is the only vape/smoke shop I come to for the deals and ease of service and just overall customer service !     I recently went to 710 in order to shop for a new bong. Brian helped my girlfriend and I pick out the perfect peice to fit our needs! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process.The selection at this store was also huge!! They had a ton of both imports and local glass to choose from with a very wide variety of sizes, perks, colors, and designs. There were also tons of other really cool accessories to look through and choose from.Overall I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the experience I had during my most recent visit! This will forever be my go to spot for my glass needs and I recommend this store to anyone looking for high quality peices or accessories to fit your smoking needs.

    I rarely ever get excited to leave reviews but my experience was phenomenal! Dylan made sure my mod turned on and charged before feeling confident in selling it to me and I was in and out!!     Never been in here before and heard it was too expensive. It was right down the street for my house And I decided to give it a chance. Thomas helped me out and he Hooked me up. Even gave me a pretty good Deal and they are friendly and have pretty great customer service and dont forget the good deals. I'd recommend this place. It's worth the trip besides they got a lot of cool stuff inside that's worth the time to take a look.

    I love every piece I've gotten from 710 Pipes, they've never disappointed. Their pieces are really durable, drops that would shatter my other pieces have no effect on 710's pieces. Their customer service is absolutely stellar, everyone is insanely nice and helpful, Dylan and Nate are amazing and have always gotten me exactly what I'm looking for or helped me find something better.     Man this place goes the extra mile. So I am a truck driver and got held up in Denver for a week. What a find. I bought one of their Turkish handmade lamps. It is the one with all the hanging globes. I posted pictures. Well they took the time and bubble wrapped it so I could get it home safe which is in North Dakota. I will be in to say hello to them when I roll back through there. Just nice people who are sincere and treat their customers like friends!

    By far some of the best customer service I have received since being in Denver. Brian was extremely helpful, had fantastic communication over multiple days, and worked with me to find the exact product I was looking for! 10/10 would recommend this place people.Update: Complete transparency, if I had known it would take 5 days just to get delivered I would have made the drive up and picked it up, maybe wouldn’t recommend getting anything shipped (blame is probably directed towards usps & not the shop but just wanted to throw that in there)

    This is my go-to pipe shop. Everyone is so incredibly friendly and helpful, Nathaniel was so positive and answered all of my questions without judgement. He's one of my favorite workers, he's always there and always working his butt off. If you have any questions, ask his advice, he's very knowledgeable and honest.
